Mohamed Haji Ibrahim Egal (Somali: Maxamed Xaaji Ibraahim Cigaal, Arabic: محمد الحاج ابراهيم ايغال) (August 15, 1928 – May 3, 2002) was a veteran Somali politician. He was the first prime minister of the Somali Republic during the early and late 1960s. He also served as the President of the Republic of Somaliland.
