Munir Akram (Urdu: منير اکرم) (born 2 December 1945) is a Pakistani diplomat who is appointed as the Permanent Representative of Pakistan to the United Nations. Earlier, he held the post from 2002 to 2008, during which he also served two terms as President of the United Nations Security Council.
