Murdo MacKenzie Fraser (born 5 September 1965) is a Scottish politician who served as Deputy Leader of the Scottish Conservative Party from October 2005 to November 2011, and has served as Member of the Scottish Parliament for Mid Scotland and Fife since 2001. He is currently the Scottish Conservative Shadow Cabinet Spokesman for the Constitution, having previously served as Finance Spokesperson under Ruth Davidson.
