Academician Musa Mirzapayazovich Adyshev (Russian: Myca Мирзапаязович Адышев) was a Soviet and Kyrgyzstan geologist who lived and worked in Kyrgyzstan. He is best known for identification of Tien Shan black-shale province and substantiation of its stratigraphic location.
