Mustafa bey Nadir Agha oglu Vakilov (Azerbaijani: Mustafa bəy Nadir ağa oğlu Vəkilov; 1886 – 1965) was an Azerbaijani public figure, politician and diplomat. He served as the Minister of Internal Affairs. Vakilov was the youngest Azerbaijani minister.
