Mustaque Ali Khan (1902–1970) was an Indian politician an Zamindar of Bhadeya who had served as a Member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly from the Barachatti Assembly constituency and also as Minister in Government of Bihar in Krishna Ballabh Sahay ministry. He was elected in 1962 Bihar Legislative Assembly election over the Swatantra Party symbol. His father Zamindar Irshad Ali Khan had made and donated a school on his name when he was born 1902.
