Kiunjuri Festus Mwangi (of the service party of Kenya (born April 29, 1969) is a Kenyan politician who has served as an elected Member of Parliament and has also served in the Kenyan cabinet in various capacities. His last appointment was as Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Irrigation, a position he was appointed to by H.E President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2018 and relieved on 14 January 2020 n. He belonged to the Party of National Unity and was elected to represent the Laikipia East Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya in the 2007 Kenyan parliamentary election up to 2013.
