Narayan Prasad Shukla (10 November 1929 – 15 June 2014) was an Indian politician who was the Deputy Speaker of Member of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly from 28 July 1972 to 7 January 1976. He was a Minister of State in the Shyama Charan Shukla ministry from 8 January 1976 to 30 April 1977 and as a Member of Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly from 1972 to 1977 representing the Indore-4 Assembly constituency.
