Narsingh Baitha was an Indian politician who served as a Member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly from Bagaha for 6 consecutive terms since 1957 to 1977 and Shikarpur for 1 term since 1985 to 1990 representing the Indian National Congress. He died in April 2017. He was minister of Public Works Department in Daroga Prasad Rai ministry and Jagannath Mishra ministry.
