Natalya Glebova (née Shive, Russian: Наталья Глебова, née Шиве, born 30 April 1963) is a Russian speed skater who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1984 and 1988 Winter Olympics. In 1984 she won the bronze medal in the 500 m event. In the 1000 m competition she finished 37th. Four years later she finished ninth in the 500 m contest and 20th in the 1000 m event.
