Naum Koen (Russian: Наум Коен; born 29 June 1981) is an UAE-based Israeli-Ukrainian businessman and philanthropist who is the founder and CEO of NY Koen Group. He was named Honorary Chairman of Beitar Jerusalem Basketball Club.
