Nihal Trevor Gurusinghe MBE is a British neurosurgeon who has served as a consultant neurosurgeon at the Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He is an honorary professor at the University of Central Lancashire and was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2023 New Year Honours.
