Niu Ping (Chinese: 牛平; November 1944 – 18 February 2023) was a Chinese security and law enforcement official who served as Vice Minister of State Security and a member of the ministry's Party Committee. Over the course of his career, he held a series of senior public security and political-legal positions in Sichuan Province before assuming national office.
