Noraini binti Ahmad (Jawi: نورعيني بنت أحمد; born 7 November 1967) is a Malaysian politician from the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a component party of Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition which is aligned with Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition. She has served as Minister of Higher Education in the PN administration under Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin since March 2020, Member of Parliament (MP) for Parit Sulong since March 2008 and Deputy President (Women Chief) of UMNO since June 2018. She served as Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) administration from April 2019 to her resignation in March 2020 thanks to her appointment as the Minister of Higher Education in PN administration which replaced the PH administration, Deputy Minister of Human Resources in the BN administration under former Prime Ministers Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and Najib Razak and former Minister Subramaniam Sathasivam from March 2008 to April 2009 and Women Youth Chief of UMNO from 2004 to 2008.
