Norbert Walter-Borjans (born 17 September 1952) is a German economist and politician of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) who has been serving as co-leader of the SPD (alongside Saskia Esken) since 2019. He served as minister of finance of the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia from 2010 until 2017.
