Norman Brennan is a former British Transport Police officer and Londoner. In 1994 he founded the Victims of Crime Trust, once purporting to be a British support group for victims of serious crime but often accused of simply being Norman's 'rent a quote' operation. He has campaigned for jury reform and over the Jamie Bulger murder.
