Numan Yunusovich Satimov (Russian: Нуман Юнусович Сатимов) (15 December 1939, Andijan – 22 September 2006, Tashkent) – Soviet and Uzbek mathematician, Doktor Nauk in Physical and Mathematical Sciences, academician of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan (2000, corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of UzSSR since 1979), laureate of the Biruni State Prize (1985). Specialist in the theory of differential equations, control theory and their applications.
