Nurlan Bizakov (Kazakh: Нұрлан Бизаков, Nurlan Bızakov) is a Kazakhstani businessman. He is the chairman and major shareholder of Kazphosphate, one of Kazakhstan's largest phosphorus producers. He bought the company in 2007 from Nahum Galmor for an estimated sum of $120 million. He also was the previous chairman and manager of the Shymkent Oil Refinery, before resigning in 2000. Bizakov is currently chairman of JSC Sumbe, an oil exploration and trading company.
