Osama Al-Musallam (عربي: أسامة المسلم) is a Saudi writer and novelist from the Eastern Province, in Al-Ehsa, born (Rabi` Al-Awwal 15 1397 AH / March 5, 1977 AD). Late in his literary life, he emerged in writing fantasy and historical fantasy novels. Some of his novels have been nominated to become a movie but he refused, saying; "He has not yet found the offer that he can not refuse".{{cn}] Some of his novels have been translated into English as “Khawf, Basateen Arabistan, and the first part of Laj” in the first parts, and he also has one joint novel with the Kuwaiti writer “Abd al-Wahhab al-Rifai” entitled “Buried Manuscripts".
