Othman al-Ghanmi (born 1958) is a former Iraqi army general who served as the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces from 2015 to 2020. He was the Minister of Interior during 2020-2022. On 27 July 2019, he received the Legion of Merit from the United States Armed Forces and became the first Republic of Iraq citizen to receive the award.
