In an interview with Pam Barkentin on his youtube channel, Miggs Burroughs and Pam discuss Westport, CT memories (28 min 30 sec in). They both knew Michael Douglas, and Pam says her mother (model Jessica Patton Barkentin) and Michael's mother (Diana Douglas) were roommates at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Michael and Pam were in the same grade at school and were friends through their mothers, even having a joint birthday party at one point. She says they stayed in touch, and after he graduated from University of California Santa Barbara, they dated for about a year before going their separate ways.
