William Patrick "Pat" Hone MC (28 August 1886 in Monkstown, County Dublin, Ireland – 28 February 1976 in Clondalkin, County Dublin) was an Irish cricketer. A right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper, he played six times for the Ireland cricket team between 1909 and 1928, all of which were first-class matches.
