Patrick Deane (born 9 December 1956) is a Canadian academic and university administrator, serving as the 21st and current Principal of Queen's University. Deane previously served as the acting president of the University of Winnipeg from 2003 to June 2004; and as the 7th President of McMaster University, from July 2010 to June 2019.
