Paul Aiton (born 29 May 1985) is a Papua New Guinean former professional rugby league footballer who played for the Catalans Dragons in the Super League. A Papua New Guinea international representative hooker, Aiton previously played for the Penrith Panthers, and the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks in the National Rugby League, and the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats, and the Leeds Rhinos, also of the Super League.
