Paul Guenther (born November 22, 1971) is an American football coach who is the defensive coordinator for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as the defensive coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals from 2014 to 2017. He was the head coach of Ursinus College from 1997 to 2000.
