Paul Shipokosa Mashatile MP (born 21 October 1961, in Gerhaldsville, Pretoria). is the former Minister of Arts and Culture in the Cabinet of South Africa. He is a former Member of the Executive Council for Human Settlements and Co-operative Governance in the Gauteng Legislature, as well as former provincial chairperson of the African National Congress (ANC) in Gauteng province and current ANC Treasurer General.
