He is the co-founder and executive vice chairman of Chocolate City Group, the parent company of Nigerian record company, Chocolate City. Okeugo has played a significant role in Nigeria's music industry, overseeing his company's partnership agreement with Warner Music Group in 2019. He has held senior positions in multinational corporations, including Microsoft and Nokia.
