She was seen miming to lyrics from the track, a collaboration with Jason Derulo and the third single to be taken from the girls' hit album Get Weird.
Leon couldn't take hie eyes off Perrie as he stood on the bridge behind the cameras, dressed down in a long black hoodie and skinny jeans.
Perrie and the handsome model were spotted on a romantic Christmas date this week, four months after the star split from her ex-fiancé Zayn Malik.
Pictures obtained by the The Sun show the pop princess arm-in-arm with model and nightclub promoter Leon during a cosy visit to Winter Wonderland in London on Tuesday evening.
An onlooker told the paper: 'They looked very cosy as they walked around. [They] linked arms and looked closer than friends.
'It was just the two of them, other than Perrie's security guards, who kept a close eye on them as they mingled with the public.'
Former One Direction star Zayn ended his engagement to Perrie in August, a couple of weeks before they were due to move into their marital home.
Recently, he denied reports that he'd cruelly ended his relationship with Perrie over text message.
He told FADER magazine: 'I have more respect for Perrie than to end anything over text message. I love her a lot, and I always will, and I would never end our relationship over four years like that.
'She knows that, I know that, and the public should know as well. I don't want to explain why or what I did, I just want the public to know I didn't do that.'
While Perrie appears to have moved on, Zayn, 22, was seen hand-in-hand with model Gigi Hadid, 20, at the end of November after enjoying a romantic dinner for two.
