Perry Hannah (September 22, 1824 – August 16, 1904) was an American businessman, lumber baron, merchant, banker, and politician, and was well involved in the settling and early industrialization of the Grand Traverse Bay region. For this reason, as well as being the city's first mayor, he is often known as "the Father of Traverse City".
