Peter Ludwig Graf von der Pahlen (Russian: Пётр Алексе́евич Па́лен, Pëtr Alekséevič Pálen; 28 July [O.S. 17] 1745, Palms Manor, Palms (now Palmse) – 25 February [O.S. 13] 1826, Mitau (now Jelgava)) was a Baltic German courtier and general who played a pivotal role in the assassination of Emperor Paul. He became a general in 1798, a count in 1799, and was the Military Governor of St. Petersburg from 1798 to 1801.
