Swartz is Dell IT's Director for Dell’s Global Site and Data Center Services, managing a team of 500 who support the whole of the company's 90,000+ workforce in their day-to-day use of PCs, printers, desk-based telephony, and mobile messaging and cellular devices. In addition, Swartz is responsible for managing Dell’s 100+ Data Centers worldwide, housing more than 20,000 servers in 350,000 square feet (33,000 m2) of "raised floor" space.
