David Phillip Roe (born July 21, 1945) is an American politician and physician who is the U.S. Representative for Tennessee's 1st congressional district, serving since 2009. He is a member of the Republican Party. The district is based in the Tri-Cities area in the northeastern portion of the state. In 2017, Roe became chairman of the House Committee on Veterans Affairs.
