Sir (Thomas) Philip Jones CB FRSA (13 July 1931 – 19 July 2000) was a Welsh businessman and civil servant.
After a career in the civil service, he was chairman of Total Oil Marine from 1990 to 1998 and Total Oil Holdings from 1991 to 1998.
He was also the chairman of the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales from 1996 to 2000.
