Maria del Pilar Mundet i Torres known as Pilar Mundet (1961 – 10 April 2021) was a Catalan politician. She was active in politics from 1987 with Socialists' Party of Catalonia. She became mayor of Tossa de Mar between 1995 and 2000; and from 2003 to 2007. She was the first mayor of the municipality of Girona.
