Pius Bigirimana (born 22 March 1958) is a Ugandan career civil servant, public administrator, and author. He is the Permanent Secretary and Secretary to the Judiciary of Uganda since July 2019. Before this appointment, he served as Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister and later in the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development.
