Qamar Hussain Choudhary (born 1948) is an Indian politician from Jammu and Kashmir. He was the MLA from Rajouri Assembly constituency in Rajouri district. He won the 2014 Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly election representing the Jammu and Kashmir People's Democratic Party. He was nominated again to contest the Thanamandi Assembly constituency which was a newly created seat, reserved for Scheduled Tribe community in the 2024 election by JKPDP but lost.
