Alp Qutluq Külüg Bilge Qaghan — seventh khagan of the Uyghur Khaganate and the first one from the Ädiz clan. His Tang invested title was Huaixin Qaghan (Chinese: 懷信可汗;
'Cherishing', 'Sincere Qaghan').
