Rabiatou Njoya (15 October 1945 – 9 April 2021) was a Cameroonian writer and Bamun person; being co-heir and advisor to the king of Bamuns. She was known for her charitable foundation and for her literary works. She received the Order of Merit in 1994 and the Order of Valour in 2006.
