Rachel Pickup is a British actress, best known for her work on stage. She earned a Critics' Circle Theatre Award nomination for her titular performance in the 2009 revival of Miss Julie at the Rose Theatre Kingston. From 2015-2016 she played Portia in The Merchant Of Venice opposite Sir Jonathan Pryce as Shylock. The pair starred in successive productions at Shakespeare's Globe in London, Lincoln Center
in New York, and The Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. before embarking on an international tour.
