Rafael Harpaz (Hebrew: רפאל הרפז) (born January 8, 1962) is an Israeli diplomat in the Israeli Foreign Service. He started serving in August 2018 as the Israeli Ambassador to the Philippines. From 2012 to 2015, he served as the Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan.
