Rajat Khare (born August 1983) is an Indian venture capitalist and entrepreneur. He was the cofounder of Appin, a former India-based technology company, and is chief executive officer of Boundary Holding, a Luxembourg-based investment firm. Khare came to notoriety in late 2023 following legal action that succeeded in the removal of an article published by Reuters accusing Khare of operating an international cyber-mercenary and hack-for-hire business through the Appin company.
