Rauf Kamil Akreyi (Kurdish: ڕەئووف کامل ئاکرەیی; 1951 in Akre - 26 May 1993 in Duhok) was an Iraqi Kurdish politician and Journalist , he was born on 1951 in Akre, Akreyi has bachelor's degree in College of Administration and Economics from University of Mosul in 1977. Rauf Akrayi was the first journalist to be assassinated in Iraqi Kurdistan after the 1991 uprising
