Mehmed Rauf Pasha bin Abdi Pasha (Ottoman Turkish: محمد رئوف پاشا بن عبدی پاشا), (born 1832, Istanbul – died 1908, Istanbul) was an Ottoman soldier and statesman of Circassian origin.
