Eugenio Raúl Zaffaroni (born 1940, in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine judge of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, elected in 2016. He served as a member of the Supreme Court of Justice of Argentina from 2003 until 2015, when he resigned due to age restrictions to hold the position.
