Raymonde Michèle Goudou Coffie is an Ivorian pharmacist, biologist and politician who is the Ivorian Minister of Modernization of Public Service Administration and Innovation and acting minister of Culture and Francophonie . She holds a Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy from UER de Pharmacie de Caen, France. She received the distinctions of Paul Harris Felow and Commander in the Order of Malta. She is a founding member and was vice-president of the Coalition of Women Leaders of Côte d'Ivoire (CFELCI).
