The Bay Area rooted player has also notably worked with Grateful Dead members Phil Lesh, Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann. He played with Steve Kimock Band, and was a founding member of Tulsa progressive jazz band Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey.
