Dr. Reinaldo Emilio Rampolla-Selles is the co-director of the Lung Transplants Services and transplant pulmonologist at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Rampolla-Selles re-opened the Lung Transplant Services and performed the first lung transplant in the state after the program was shut down during the Hurricane Katrina aftermath.
