Rene Fortaleza (born 30 October 1954 – October 17, 2003) was a Filipino boxer, coach, judge, and executive. He competed in the men's flyweight event at the 1972 Summer Olympics. There, he lost to Fujio Nagai of Japan. After retiring, he became the secretary-general of the Amateur Boxing Association of the Philippines.
