Renée Cissé Diarra (1914 - 1991) was a Malian midwife, first woman trade unionist in Mali, author and social worker who pioneered social action in Mali. She is the co-creator of the Bamako Social Center with Andrée Weber, known as Madame Audibert. She was elected deputy to the National Political Council of the USRDA in the legislative elections of 1959 as the only woman.
