Reta Jo Lewis (born 22 September 1953 in Statesboro, Georgia) is the Director of Congressional Affairs and a Senior Fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States and an attorney, former diplomat, and former candidate for Mayor of the District of Columbia. She is currently a member of the U.S. Council on Foreign Relations and serves as a Steering Committee member on the Leadership Council for Women in National Security.
